Returns and Exchange Policies

 Stock Garments

In compliance with the distance selling laws, garments that have been purchased from stock can be returned, let us know by email or phone within 14 working days. You have another 14 working days to return the garment in perfect condition for an exchange or refund. Postage will not be refunded.

Made to order 

A garment that is stock size. We will exchange or refund if you are not happy with it. The same rules as stock garments above apply.

Made to measure

(Any form of alteration for the individual customer) 99% of garments are a perfect fit. If however we/you have made a mistake with the measurements we will alter the garment for you at our expense. Sometimes this can happen when a jacket is meant to be fitted and the customer wanted it looser. DO NOT RETURN UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN TO US.

Bespoke Orders

( where a garment is designed and pattern made for the individual customer) There are no refunds on Bespoke garments. We work with you throughout to make sure you get a good fit.

Gifts 

If you have received a garment as a gift and it’s the wrong size or colour you can return for an exchange. Please email to get full details. Please do this within 14 days of receiving your gift. Make sure it is returned in perfect condition. 

 DO NOT RETURN UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN TO US.

 We will only accept returns that are in perfect condition they must not smell of perfume. When trying garments please make sure you are not wearing any perfume or make up. When the garments have been checked and accepted then a refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the parcel.

Postage will not be refunded unless stated above.  When returning a garment it is advisable to send by post that will be signed for. The garment is the customers responsibility until we have signed for it.
